The DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal will be unavailable from Wednesday, June 25 at 2:00 pm ET until Thursday, July 10 at 2:00 pm ET. Parents and students will not be able to access the system or register students during this time. Registration will resume when the system is reopened on July 10.

In the event of school closure or delay of school, the school administrator will coordinate with base command and district leadership prior to taking the following steps.

1. In the case of school delay:

The most common scenario is a delayed start at 10 a.m. with the decision NLT 5 a.m. that morning. In this instance, we would make another weather call at 8:30 a.m. and determine if we continue with opening at 10 a.m.

2. In the case of school closure:

The situation will be evaluated, and a determination will be made NLT 5 a.m. that morning or the evening before due to persistent conditions.

In both scenarios, the parents/sponsors and school employees will be notified via the emergency notification system.
